Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than UAH 1.85 million has been transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by Volia subscribers through using the Volia Bonus program. Since 2022, as part of this charitable initiative of the company, each subscriber has the opportunity to send bonuses for using services in support of our defenders and defendresses. In June–September 2024 alone, the company’s subscribers sent UAH 146.5 thousand to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in that way.

Every Volia subscriber can join the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. To do this, one only needs to register in the My Bonuses program and perform a few simple steps:
- in the web version of the My Account portal (my.volia.com)
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select Support the Armed Forces of Ukraine with your bonuses.
- Enter the amount of bonuses to transfer and confirm the transaction (Transfer).
- in the My Volia mobile application
- Go to the Home section.
- Select the AFU Assistance button.
- Enter the amount of bonuses to transfer and confirm the transaction by clicking Confirm.
Where can one get bonuses and what are the opportunities to increase them?
Bonuses are accrued:
- to new Volia subscribers – 500 starting bonuses (= UAH 50) when connected;
- users additional packages.For example, MTV, Kids, Cine+, ProSport, and others. Learn more on Volia website.
Volia and Volia + lifecell users receive bonuses for almost every action within the subscriber offers:from replenishing your account or switching to another package to ordering additional services or purchasing equipment (router, modem, media player, etc.).
Recall that bonuses for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are only one of the social initiatives of the company from the DVL Group (Datagroup-Volia-lifecell). In general, since the war began, DVL companies have accumulated more than UAH 440 million for charitable projects and social initiatives.

In particular, they are involved in donation and take an active part in sports events, contributions for which are directed by the organizers to help the AFU, wounded soldiers, and children.
