For the second year in a row Datagroup has supported one of the most inspiring business-events of Ukraine - "Conductors ofchanges” forum which took place in Kyiv on November 13. Mikhail Shelemba - CEO of Datagroup together with the participants of the panel discussion discussed the experience of introduction of innovations in companies and the key challenges along the way.

Technology has already been developed, therefore, a bottleneck for most companies is the motivation of the employees. Here are great opportunities for growth. Therefore, it is important to constantly work with people and be an example for them. For me it is important that every employee in my environment at the end of the year could say: “I got better – my life has changed” said Michael Shelemba, CEO of Datagroup.
“Conductors of changes” forum is the area where known business leaders, leading coaches and government officials have an opportunity to meet. As a result of these meetings and discussions, the participants inspire each other to perform bold changes, decisions and actions, promoting the effective development and interaction of business and government.
