In April 2019 representatives of “Datagroup” in Rivne successfully implemented an important project aimed to create a single digital network for "Primary Health Care Centre “Jubilee” of Rivne city Council. The company's experts built a reliable communication network linking almost all the medical consultation rooms of the centre. By means of such communication doctors can easily access the electronic health system HELSI, which is designed for patients and physicians of state and private medical institutions. The patients noted the immediate improvement of service quality, naming among others no queuing, fast online registration and an opportunity to choose convenient appointment time. Each patient has an access to their electronic health records (EHR) profile, which displays test results and diagnosis, as well as medical prescriptions and treatment plans. The doctors working with the medical online platform have seen a number of benefits as well: flexible schedules and convenient patient record, electronic prescriptions of “Affordable drugs” and medical records. Moreover, the center transited to electronic document management. Cutting back on paper-based documents saved time and resources resulting in the optimized operational processes of the center.
