Quarantine is continuing, but we are in touch!
On March 25, the Government decided to extend the quarantin in the country until April 24, 2020. In order to comply with the Government's decision and with care of the health of all Ukrainians, we inform that the subscriber departments of Datagroup will not hold a personal reception of visitors until April 24.
You can solve all your questions (without exception) remotely:
- contact our contact center - 0 800 21 00 00 (around the clock);
- make a payment, check the account balance or change the tariff plan through a personal account;
- ask the operator questions in an online chat on the company's official website or via a personal account;
- contact through private messages on our official Facebook pages;
- send your questions to our email;
- contact your personal manager if you are a corporate subscriber.
Our specialists and consultants continue to assist you around the clock and respond to any requests for billing or changes in service delivery.
We also inform that all Datagroup connection and service work in regular mode: we respond quickly to all requests and do our best to provide our customers with quality telecommunication services.
