We have successfully passed the audit by international auditors again and confirmed compliance with the requirements of the ISO / IEC 27001 standard", - comments the Director of the Information Security Department of Datagroup Oleksandr Prykhodko.
Compliance with ISO 27001 guarantees effective management and confirms the high quality of services offered to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, which is especially important for companies ordering various telecommunications and IT services that work with personal data of customers, including banks.
It should be recalled that Datagroup received the ISO 27001 certificate in 2018. It confirms that the company's information security management system (ISMS) meets all the requirements of the international standard ISO / IEC 27001:2013 in the following areas of activity: management of information assets on customer service cloud services, Internet access and communication channels, providing contact center services, software development and support.
