The Editorial Board of the Magazine “Top-100. Ratings of the Biggest” presented a rating of the best employers in Ukraine. DATAGROUP is among the top 30 Best Companies. The Company recently completed the signing of the agreement to acquire 100% of Volia Group. Integration processes and the merging of teams have started.
Mr. Serhii Beresnev, HR Director of DATAGROUP, was also included in the top 30 best HRD according to Magazine “Top-100. Ratings of the Biggest”. Mr. Serhii Beresnev joined the DATAGROUP team in May 2021 and has already managed to take part in the integration processes of combining DATAGROUP and Volia companies, as well as developed large-scale projects to improve staff efficiency and loyalty. The new HR Director supports digitalization. He is convinced that all "manual" processes with a high paper load and the influence of the human factor must be automated.
When training the staff, HRD emphasizes the use of online formats. There are plans to switch most of the offline trainings to the remote mode. Moreover, three more new projects were separated: grading, a psychological support service for employees, and a corporate chatbot. The cohort of the best employers in Ukraine includes the representatives of 12 sectors of the economy, most of all entities of the retail trade market, information technologies, agro-industrial complex, telecommunications, and media. In general, more than 70% of the companies that are the finalists of the rating operate in these segments.
The rating of the best employers was formed by the sum of the ratings of the expert jury (60 %) and the editorial board (40 %). The top managers of the well-known international and domestic companies specializing in personnel search and evaluation and working in the field of human capital management are among the experts.
