A seminar on the topic "Implementation of electronic document flow and the advantages of the use of cloud solutions for civil aviation enterprises" was held on Friday, August 26. The event was organized jointly by IQusion IT, Datagroup and Airports of Ukraine, Association of Civil Aviation. The event was attended by representatives of airports, aviation companies and enterprises that are the members of the Airports of Ukraine Association.
As noted in the welcome speech of Vice-President Alexander Franchuk, the aviation industry today is in extreme need in the introduction of an electronic paperless workflow. Many important paper documents are lost or processed and fulfilled too slowly. Such leading state industry, such as aviation, shall use the latest cloud technologies for its operations.
A solution that can ensure effective records management and industry process automation is the first secure national cloud system of electronic document flow, called “Megapolis.DocNet”.
Datagroup, acting as the workshop partner at the presentation, presented its own solutions for implementation of cloud-based projects on the basis of Microsoft Office 365 and the Azure, as well as protection systems for information resources of companies and agencies from DDoS-attacks. The joint solutions of Intecracy Group and Datagroup on development of secure cloud-based information systems and computing, provision of cloud services, including cloud-based document flow management, will help customers significantly save money for the purchase of server and telecommunications equipment, and provide an opportunity to use these services in the hosting mode with guaranteed fault tolerance and protection against unauthorized access.
In addition to the cloud electronic document flow system, the participants of the seminar were introduced to a new product of the Intecracy Group consortium of companies, called “Deals”. Deals is a simple, quick and convenient solution that can be used for online signing and management of contracts with partners, contractors and customers around the world. This service is of great interest for the aircraft industry of Ukraine and may contribute to significant simplification of business relations with partners and clients in terms of harmonization of documents, signing of agreements and the contractual relations management.
