The award ceremony “TOP 100. Ranking of the largest. Personalities. Brands. Employers” took place July 11, 2019 within the key business event of the summer - HR Wisdom Summit 2019. Iryna Kalinichenko, Chief Human Resources Officer of “Datagroup” was honoured among the TOP 20 best HR managers of Ukraine. In 2018 she headed the HR Department, the key functions of which include employer branding, increase of employee engagement and loyalty, training, development and adaptation of the company's employees. Earlier Iryna headed the Staff Training Department.

We constantly engage them in the company's life and encourage to interact with each other. This victory is our shared success," says Iryna Kalinichenko, Chief Human Resources Officer.
It's worth mentioning that last year the company received the prestigious “HR-Brand Ukraine 2018 Award” with the project “Datalab: attracting with opportunities”. Over the past two years the company implemented several large-scale projects aimed at employees' development, distance learning and charity sports project "DataHeart".
