These are the results of the rating "HREFORMATION 2020. The best employers" of the magazine "Business" in conjunction with the Association HRForum. Business Magazine has been ranking Ukraine's best employers for the sixth year in a row.
A team of Datagroup managers led by CEO Mykhailo Shelemba made it to the top 5 leaders of the rating in the nomination "Dream Team. Strong Management”. The main criterion when evaluating the nominees was the presence of a strong top manager or team of managers. This year, the editorial board also evaluated the measures and management decisions of the team regarding employees and the company during the quarantine period.

The expert council, which formed the rating, included representatives of leading companies from various sectors of the economy, heads of recruitment agencies, HR specialists, representatives of the public and private sectors. The experts answered questions from a specially designed questionnaire, where they could choose from 200 companies pre-selected by Business Magazine and HRForum, as well as add new nominees.
