Dear subscribers!
First of all, PJSC "DATAGROUP" would like to express its respect and gratitude to you for the use of telecommunications services.
Second, according to the requirements of paragraph 55 of the Rules for the provision and receipt of telecommunications services, approved by the Regulation No.295 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 11.04.2012 we would like to inform you that from 1 January 2021 we stop providing the telecommunication services under the following technologies:
- multiservice radio access (Aireach, 25 GHz band),
- broadband radio access (WipLL, 1.5 GHz band),
- digital wireless telephone services (Dect, 1.8 GHz band).
With the aim to protect the interests and rights of our consumers, the company can prepare options for switching subscribers to another technology if it is technically possible and keep on providing services without changing the terms of service agreements with subscribers. Subscribers of telecommunication services will not feel any inconvenience when switching to another technology.
