We would like to inform that DATAGROUP PJSC will provide acts-invoices for received telecommunication services only in electronic form signed by qualified electronic signature (QES) since June 1, 2020. This change is driven by Company transition to the electronic workflow. Also it corresponds to the requirements of current law of Ukraine and eco-responsibility policy of DATAGROUP PJSC. Therefore, in June we will stop to print invoices for telecommunication services.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that DATAGROUP PJSC still generates, signs and sends pay (primary) documents (act-invoices, acts, invoices) to the Subscribers, but in electronic form in electronic workflow system M.E.Doc with QES no later than 5th day of every month. Clients can download, view and sign generated documents in electronic workflow system M.E.Doc or through SOTA (COTA in Ukrainian) web-service.
