  • visit Private office
  • in the last SMS bill with the recommended amount to be paid
  • call 0800 21 00 00

What to do if a payment is not credited to your account?

You should send a copy of the paid invoice to support-team@datagroup.ua or attach the application to the request on datagroup.ua or call 0800 21 00 00.

What if the account number was entered incorrectly when making a payment?

When paying for services, you are personally responsible for entering the correct account number. To revoke/return the payment, please contact the support center or the payment system itself.

How to receive and pay the invoice?
