Call center «Datagroup» got into the Top 15 of the best and has been praised by the quality of telephone service among the leading telecom companies of Ukraine, basing on the research findings of Ukrainian Direct Marketing Association (UDMA).
Call center «Datagroup» has shown considerable growth and strengthening of its market position in comparison with 2013according to research data. Despite the overall decrease in the level of quality of services of other market players, the call center «Datagroup» significantly improved its performance — 89% of satisfactory level of service. The study was conducted among Internet service providers and mobile operators throughout May and June 2015.
«The quality of service in communication, both with potential and existing customers, plays an important role in the evaluation of the company work and can be a decisive factor in choosing a service provider. The effectiveness of customer service, improving the quality of operators work and key indicators of the functioning of the call center as a whole, are becoming an important aspects in the face of fierce competition. Thanks to UDMA research, we made sure that the result of the conducted work and the choice of the required algorithm for quality customer service proved their value. «We continue to improve and increase the level of information services», — said Zoya Romanchenko, deputy director of fixed-line business of PJSC «Datagroup».
